This special class is still our signature 45 minute, carefully crafted, high- energy class- just in collaboration with PWDRS! You will work your muscles to exhaustion doing foundational moves of planks, squats, and lunges, which in turn will help you create long, lean, and strong muscles. This will give you the most efficient and effective workout. Each exercise combined with the fundamentals of alignment, breath and mindful movement will transform the way you look and feel. You will sweat, and your muscles will tremble. Come early to sample pre-workout and electrolytes, and don’t forget to wear pink to match the theme! 💕
