When you notice heat building (in your body or mind):
• Soften your jaw and tongue
• Slow your breath—especially the exhale
• Pause between poses instead of rushing
• Choose steadiness over intensity

Sometimes the most powerful practice… is easing back just enough.

I’ve been spending time in these three restorative poses lately and loving every minute of it. Sometimes the deepest work happens when we stop trying so hard.
