April 2026 at F3 Monroe - The Oak (that meet & workout at the Monroe Township Senior Center Parking Lot)

The Oak showed up strong again this month. Sweat, grit, laughter, and brotherhood all before most people hit snooze (0530h).

But the best part - meeting downrange from F3 Tacoma (Bullwinkle) and FNG (now called Runner’s Hi) stepped into the circle. For downrange - you can show up at any F3 workout continental US and internationally. For FNG, that first post takes courage. Whether DR or FNG, by showing up you’ll know you belong beside men who push each other to be better.

That’s what F3 is about. Not perfection. Not competition. Just men sharpening men, one workout and one relationship at a time.

The Oak keeps growing because someone always leaves room for the next man to step up.

Today at The OAK - this group of 8 F3 brothers came from 6 neighboring towns - Cranbury - Millstone - Monroe - Plainsboro - South Brunswick - West Windsor… all enjoyed the gloom - rainy outdoor - by working out together, after having conversations with cofF3e / donut across the street coffee shop…

March 2025 at The Oak was all about consistency—showing up, putting in the work, and building stronger bonds in the gloom. Each week, the energy grew, the fellowship deepened, and the Pax kept pushing each other to be better.

We capped it off last week the best way possible—with an FNG joining us. Someone who saw us in social media and just came and joined. Proof that what we’re building is real and worth being part of.

Feb 29, 2024. A day that only comes around every four years… and the day F3 Monroe – The Oak was officially planted under the F3 Princeton region.

A leap year launch felt fitting. Because sometimes growth requires a leap.

Our “official” first anniversary won’t technically be until Feb 29, 2028… but in the two years since we put roots in the ground, The Oak has been growing — slow, steady, and strong.

What started as a small band of men showing up in the gloom has become something more:
• Real friendships forged in the cold
• Leadership opportunities for everyday men
• And impact that’s reaching beyond town lines

Even across the border, we’ve been blessed to welcome two Pax from Millstone into the brotherhood. And this month, our Millstone brother Cutthroat stepped up and completed his VQ — proof that when men are given opportunity, they rise. That’s what F3 is about.

It’s about accelerating male community leadership through:
• Peer Led
• Held Outdoors
• Open to ALL Men
• No Charge
• Ending in fellowship

Just show up.

Two weeks in a row we have FNG (Friendly New Guy). They were going to form a men’s workout group in Millstone Twp on their own and stumbled upon F3. They came over to check out F3 Monroe - The Oak. Why reinvent the wheel? Now, Cutthroat and Papillon are part of the F3 movement of “small workout group of men for the invigoration of male community leadership.”

September was no exception for the bunch
Tons of Burpees and lungs heaved,
We pushed through the pain, no Pax complained
The workouts were tough and hard

At The Oak the rain came,

New brothers rose (Grassy Knoll, Shades, Walker, TX Ranger), through the drizzle they arrived,
Forged in the wet, yet we all strived.
Stronger together, the gloom turns cloudy but bright
All were sharpened on this rainy fight
