Tim is SUPER excited to get the chance to work with this beast!
Southwest High School’s standout lineman, started working with him this week to get a head start on a big senior year! After working speed and agility, they came in and hit a big upper body day and introduced him to the tsunami bar to work on some speed bench press!

Hey everybody! Just wanted to post info about our *BRAND NEW* Youth Athletics Program at Hometown Gym !!!

October 30th will begin this journey to start working with our community & youth athletes to help them grow into the best they can be!

We will be offering not only strength based training but also speed and agility training as well!

Our trainers are college level athletes, are professionally certified & currently train as professional athletes themselves!
