Coach Joe, Director and Head Coach Coastline Volleyball Club, has made the conscious choice to prioritize his own well-being. Despite the demands of opening a new gym, organizing eight teams, and personally coaching three of them, he has committed to his fitness goals with impressive consistency.
In just six weeks, Joe has transformed his routine, carving out time to work out three days a week, adjusting his eating habits, and making lasting changes to his lifestyle. His dedication has paid off he’s lost 15 pounds and shed five inches off his waistline, no small feat given his busy schedule. Joe’s journey is a testament to the power of discipline and determination.
Even with so many responsibilities, he has shown that by setting priorities and sticking to them, you too can make extraordinary changes to your health and fitness.
