Setting Goals
Setting achievable and obtainable goals is an important part of any dancers training. From wanting higher leaps to wanting to nail the turn sequence, goals are what drive you to the next level.
How do we use those goals to help with strength and conditioning training?
🌟 We use it as a base to build your training off of. It helps ensure we are targeting muscle groups and movements to help achieve your goals
🌟 We use it as motivation to put in the work and helps keep you accountable for your training
