🎁 A super busy birthday weekend for my big 5 year old River!!!

Started off with preschool graduation and then a small family get together birthday party at our house and then finished with a super fun track me at corner Canyon high school.

I love this girl so much not just because she made me a mommy, but because she is truly one of the coolest most capable human beings I’ve ever met in my life. She makes every day more exciting and more encouraging. Love you to the moon River! 💙💙💙💙💙

MY KIDS FOR SURE! 🥹💪

My 3 and 4 year old ask to workout almost every day. Whether it’s the track, our home gym, hiking, or biking… these girls love to get after it!

A few days a week we start our mornings with a little agility work in the gym followed by a bike ride or jog.

Over the past year, River, my 4 year old, has become really interested in the gym and track. Obviously I LOVE that 🥹 so I’ve been focused on keeping training fun while introducing footwork, coordination, and agility and she LOVES it!

So proud of my little mini me’s 🫶

Huge congratulations on all the PR’s and state qualifying marks!

The best part of coaching is watching the hard work pay off when the lights are brightest. The blood, sweat, tears, long days, and sacrifices are all worth it in moments like these.

these athletes are full of grit, toughness, and competitors. Every time they step on the track and let that dog out, they make a statement 😤

State next weekend is going to be insane! 🏆🤯

🍁 thanksgiving weekend in wyoming was packed with tons of celebrations and family fun!

💕 Wednesday we celebrated arrows, third birthday about a week early, but it was so good to have the whole family together. we had a Mickey Mouse themed birthday party and she was in actual heaven! 💕

🦃 Thursday, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving at my parents house in Star Valley and got family photos together with everybody. The first time since arrow was born! 🤗

Then Friday to Saturday, Robert and I headed up to Jackson hole to celebrate our seven year wedding anniversary. 💋

I’m so grateful to have such a great and loving family!

Damian and Stephen Marley concert on the top of snow king mountain resort in jackson hole!!The show over looked jackson hole with a stunning view of the tetons, and to date one of my favorite memories/adventures with our family! 💚🧡❤️

Arrow, well, she found her calling. That girl sang and danced for hours! It had myself Robert and both of my parents laughing nonstop the whole time. River enjoyed the concert as well. This is actually her second time seeing a Marley concert.

To say it was all fun and games would be a lie to say the least. Doing things like this with two young kids is definitely a challenge but at the end of all of it I’m so happy we make the decision to do things like this. Obviously thanks to my parents who help out a great deal and probably won’t be able to do it without them! cheers to family!! 🥂❤️

🏔️ This magical place! 🏔️

Robert and I go to Brooks Lake once a year in the winter via snowmobiles. We love it there so much but I’ve never seen it in the summer. So happy that we got to go experience this amazing place in the summer with our girls.
We didn’t want to haul the trailer up the steep incline, so we decided we would sleep in the back of the truck, all four of us on a truck bed mattress. Again, not a lot of sleep was had, but the best memories were made!

After we left Brooks Lake, we went to Turpen Meadows and had breakfast there and spent the day. Another one of our favorite places.

Girls had an absolute blast, fishing, hiking, dancing, playing games, and telling stories. So happy that our girls are our adventure Buddy’s

our camping trip we took at the beginning of Aug this year.
just 1 week before our sweet Fenix passed away. 🐾❤️

we are so happy she got to go on one more adventure with her family. she always just wanted to be with us no matter what.

this was the first camping trip we slept in a tent with our girls. All four of us in Fenix 🤣.
not a lot of sleep was had, but memories were definitely made. 🐶❤️ 👯‍♀️
