High flows, cool canyon mornings and the infamous Claassenia sabulosa ! Maybe you call them nocturnal stones, short wing stones, mutant stones or September stones. Whatever the name they are providing great fishing on the Snake right now! The river cleared up just in time to run our annual trip with this crew down the Canyon!

What’s a fishing guide do on their day off ? They go fishing of course ! Congratulations to Odin on a nice lake trout. Odin and his family join us every year on Jackson lake and this year didn’t disappoint. Despite some rain we had an awesome time and found a few fish.
