This low-impact class is great for beginners, but still gives experienced steppers a great workout. Simple movements, a comfortable pace, and a fun way to get your cardio in without feeling overwhelmed.

Last Saturday, we took Fitness Saturday outside the studio and to a whole new level at Stadium Commons!

From Step Aerobics to Step Up & Slay (Advanced Step Aerobics) and Dance Fitness, the energy was nonstop from start to finish.

Thank you to everyone who came out, showed up, and got their weekend started with The Cardio Factory. Community first. Cardio always!
