This area is in a clean, climate-controlled environment and perfect for you to grow your program, work on strength and technique, and host clinics, camps, or private one-on-one lessons. Led by a former strength and conditioning coach from Alabama's powerhouse programs, our facility offers a unique edge. Outdoor Training Space
Outdoor gridiron style weights, 50-yard x 50-yard grass field, 100-yard x 25-yard long field, 20-yard turf area, and roughly 8 acres of convertible land, ATAC has places to work on those skills for improvement. Multiple possibilities exist for individuals, from beginners to professionals, with a tailored, customizable experience. We offer nutrition assistance and an ADA-compliant facility that can provide the training you need.

Single leg work will elevate your game & keep you healthy. Here we are doing it with some contrast training on banded rear foot elevated squats, PVC pipe switches, & hamstring cycles. I’ll argue this exercise develops speed, jumping, & overall athletic development better than any other. It also develops the shoulders & upper back to be stronger & less injury prone. All my athletes do it to some capacity….with the right form and intention behind each rep, this can make you dangerous ‼️ come learn how to sn**ch at a training facility where we know how to & aren’t afraid to teach it to reach your full athletic potential 😤
