What a FUN afternoon on the Cadillac! 🤸‍♀️

This past Saturday’s workshop was full of curiosity, laughter, a little bit of courage (because yes… we were upside down 😅), and so much learning.

✨ TWO chances to experience the Cadillac with this summer! ✨

Have you been wanting to explore the Pilates Cadillac (also known as the Trapeze Table)?

This is your opportunity!

The Cadillac is the largest, and arguably the most FUN piece of equipment in the studio. We’ll swing, stretch, strengthen… and maybe even spend some time upside down! 🙃

This workshop is designed for experienced movers. We’ll begin with a warm-up on our other Pilates apparatus before breaking down several Cadillac exercises, focusing on technique, alignment, and how to safely perform each movement. Every participant will have plenty of time on the equipment to practice.

DITL Teacher Trainees: It’s not all flowing movement and beautiful exercises. ✨

Behind every great instructor is time spent cleaning equipment, resetting the studio, practicing the work, asking questions, making mistakes, and learning to truly feel the method.

Our trainees are putting in the hours behind the scenes because becoming a Pilates teacher is about so much more than memorizing exercises. It’s about developing presence, precision, curiosity, and care… for the method, for the studio, and for every future client they’ll teach.

These quiet moments of self-practice and studio stewardship are where confident teachers are built.
