What a morning. ☕️🧘‍♀️ Saturday’s open house was our way of saying thank you to every single one of you who has supported this small business since day one.

We sculpted, we stretched, we sipped incredible coffee from Stonehouse Coffee, and we opened our doors so you could see the reformers in action and feel what this space has become ✨

Your town is so cute because a small business owner took a risk to build it there. That’s the truth of it — and it’s only possible because of a community that shows up. We’ve grown so much, and we’re just getting started. Here’s to what’s next. 🤍

Mark your calendars — Wild Wonderful & Well is back! 🏔️

Join us Thursday, September 17th at Heritage Station in Huntington for an evening built around movement, community, and giving back. Join us for live music & a local vendor market at 5 followed by a community class at 6:30 ✨

Your $30 ticket does more than get you a great night out. Every dollar goes straight to Wild & Well — a 501(c)(3) built to empower Appalachians through accessible health, fitness, and wellness programs for the body, mind, and spirit 🧘‍♀️

Last year, thanks to nights like this one, we were able to:
✔️ Fund 5 wellness scholarships
✔️ Grant over $5,000 to make trainings accessible to those who aspire to lead their communities
✔️ Sponsor community classes across the region

We believe wellness shouldn't be a privilege — it should be within reach for every Appalachian, no matter their zip code or budget. That means reducing barriers to access, investing in local people and leadership, and building the kind of long-term community wellbeing that lasts.

This year, we want to go even further — and we need you there to do it.
