- 44 total participants in 2022
- 1,107 total participant workouts in 2022!!! WOW! You all rock!
- 139 REFIT classes offered by me, Tara, and Lisa in 2022!

I can't wait to see what 2023 brings!! Happy New Year!

Hey REFIT® crew!!! Most of our communication is through our REFIT CCC messenger group (let me know if you want added to this), but I also wanted to add this here!

Good morning everyone! We will have a lot of updates this week for our upcoming trip to Dallas! Woohoo! Here is the first!

Some of you ask how you can see and be a part of our choreography that was selected to be performed at the Instructor Showcase during RECON! I am so excited to share with you that REFIT® has opened up the showcase for you to attend!!

JUNE 26TH, 11am CST/12pm EST and have access for 48 hours

Our choreography was 1 of 18 chosen to be showcased at the national REFIT® Convention (RECON) in Dallas!

What is NEW this year is that the Instructor Showcase will be made available to watch virtually!!

Here is what HQ shared:
"The Instructor Showcase is always a highlight for RECON attendees, but we thought it would be extra special to make the stage even bigger and showcase your talent to even more people! For the first time in (RECON) history, your friends, family, neighbors, participants, favorite local bariste -- anyone -- can purchase a ticket to the instructor showcase event!"

So IF you'd like to gather with friends or family (or with the furbabies) and share a $10 virtual ticket, then plan on some fun on Sunday, June 26th at 11am (CST)!

The showcase begins at 11:15am (CST). If you can't watch it live, you can watch it anytime after the event is over for the next 48 hours! So watch it Sunday evening, Monday morning, Monday night, or even Tuesday!

I’m terrible at posting on here, but I wanted to invite everyone to this awesome class! I met Lori & Cindy through our fantastic REFIT Instructor group and their amazing workouts on Zoom! It’s gonna be an unforgettable day when we get to meet in person! Sooo, get ready for this Saturday morning CHRISTMAS in July 75 minute workout!!

Never joined a Zoom REFIT class?? No problem! All you need is your computer/phone/tablet, the link and password (in the comments), your water bottle, and yourself! You don’t need much space and you can exercise inside, outside, on hardwood, tile, laminate, or carpet!!! Sooo who is with us????
