Big news!! I have missed y’all so much! 😍🥳

We are SO EXCITED to announce that REFIT® with Jerica and FAB REFIT® are joining forces and starting a BRAND NEW class at a BRAND NEW location! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

You will see familiar songs along with familiar faces leading class and feel that incredible sense of community that we love! It’s going to feel like a big family group hug and WE CAN’T WAIT!

REFIT® is for everybody and everyBODY! Whether you’re the fittest of the fit or have never taken a fitness class in your life...you belong here! Yes, YOU!

Join us for our first class, this Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 5:30pm. Our classes are taking place at Mercy Village Church (6433 US Rt60 East) in Barboursville (right down Route 60 from Dairy Queen...across the street from Giovanni’s).

Tag your friends, lace up your sneakers, and bring a water! We can’t wait to see you!

I’ve got some bad news and I’ve got some good news. I’ll start with the bad. We’re going to take a summer REFIT® break at Mercy Village (this means no class tonight)...BUT don’t fret! The GOOD NEWS is that you still have opportunity to get REFIT®! Andrea is still holding her classes at River Cities on Tuesdays and Thursdays! AND she is hosting a 90 minute class THIS SATURDAY at 10am! There are several of us who will be there leading together! Keep watching my page for a start up date in the fall! Until then, you’ll probably catch me in and out at other local classes! I hope to see y’all there! ❤️❤️❤️

Showing up, working out, taking an hour for YOU...it’s not always easy. As a matter of fact, sometimes it’s downright HARD to make yourself and your health a priority. There are so many other things on your to do list. But let me challenge and encourage you to make YOU a priority today by coming to REFIT®. You are so worth it, friend! It’s unbelievable how worth it you are!
