Hey GZ family, our dear friend & training partner Eowyn Moses (we call her Mo, she is usually in the MWF beginners class) has gone off to Air Force basic training.

She will be working hard with no access to texts or messages. I’m sure she will be a little homesick, so some letters from her friends at GZ will be sure to make her day.

Hey , just in time for Christmas, we got our last rashguards for the year. Long sleeve only, limited quantities. The tariffs got us hard on these, so we had to make them $30 apiece (still cheap, no complaints allowed). Adult sizes XS-3xl.

These will be at the gym for pickup tomorrow, Monday 12/1, no holds, first come, first served.

Plus, we can’t forget the kids, with new GZ Grey Belts, Rory & Justus.

Great weekend fun, great cause.

The course will begin at the shelter at Ritter Park Shelter #1 & will loop around the 8th -12th street section of the park. This is a FAST course!!!! You guys wanted new hoodies, here you go.

Super Heavyweight NAVY blue, with silver & white logos. (See the picture)

Mid weight in army green with yellow logos. (Different logos, see the picture)

We are doing Zip-Up hoodies for normal people, Pullover for the younger folk and Crew neck (blue only) for the geezers.

Kids sizes in the NAVY blue only.

Order forms with payment (don’t forget the tax) due back by Monday 10/27/25. Sizes past XL are an extra $2 per size.

This should get them here a week before Thanksgiving.
