Our new seasonal menu is here, and we brought a little something for everyone.

Arroz con Leche Latte
An iced cinnamon + vanilla latte topped with arroz con leche cold foam. Creamy, spiced, and seriously good.

Café de Olla
Mexican single-origin coffee with our house-made café de olla syrup, inspired by the traditional spiced coffee brewed in Mexico.

Pineapple Matcha Fizz
Pineapple, sparkling water + matcha for a bright, tropical sip that still feels right at home in Houston.

Pumpkin Spice Latte
Because it wouldn’t be fall without it. Real pumpkin, warm spices, and plenty of cozy goodness, regardless of what the thermometer says.

With years of professional dance training and performance experience, they bring precision, artistry, and most importantly, a deep understanding of the body, anatomy, and movement mechanics to every class. That knowledge is what makes Pilates truly transformative… That’s the DUO Houston difference.

This video brings together different voices from our DUO family — a new mom, friends, teammates, and one perspective from a son — all sharing what this season and these relationships mean to them.

First up — our Toasted Coconut Cold Foam Matcha
Smooth, earthy matcha topped with a creamy coconut cold foam and finished with toasted coconut flakes. Light, refreshing, and a little indulgent.

Meet the Ube Latte 💜
We switched it up this time with a house-made ube syrup instead of our usual ube cold foam (yes, we made it ourselves). It’s rich, subtly sweet, and blended with coconut milk for that perfect DUO twist.

Today marks the end of our River Oaks chapter…. For now 😎

What started as a single space became something far more meaningful—
a place that shaped the DUO vision, built a community, and laid the foundation for everything that followed.

Because of this space, we were able to grow, open our second location at Autry Park, and now take the next step—bringing DUO into a new home at The Rone.

This isn’t a goodbye. It’s an evolution.

We’re building something more intentional, more elevated, and more aligned with where we’re going—not just as a brand, but as an experience.

Construction begins now. We’ll be back in ~6 months.

We can’t wait to show you what’s next.

In the meantime, come see your favorite Barista’s and instructors at our Autry Park location—just five minutes down the street.
