We are so excited to introduce Sierra Sanders to the Ken Pilates instructor team!

Born and raised in Montclair. BFA in Dance from Montclair State. Graham 2 alum, certified in the Graham. Technique by the Martha Graham School. Current company member at Buglisi Dance Theatre. She also teaches Graham at The Ailey Extension.
Sierra moves from the inside out. Pelvis first. Spine second. Intention in every shape.
That’s the work at Ken Pilates. Spring-powered, three-dimensional, built from the center.
