Building Healthy Kids With over 20 years experience in teaching preschool and grade school gymnastics, our staff brings unparalleled knowledge to every lesson.

We emphasize physical activity and participation in programs that enable the children to discover the benefits of exercise and fitness at all levels. We have impacted the lives of many children through successful training, and have earned state, regional, and national titles. In 2006, Paramount Gymnastics was named the Mid-Atlantic Club of the Year for the success of our level 7-10 competitive teams.

🛤Paramount Family- The railroad crossing on Roycefield Road will be closed today (6/10/26) starting at approximately 9AM. This closure is due to scheduled rail maintenance conducted by Norfolk Southern.

🔁Allow extra travel time today & potentially the next few days if you travel that way to the gym. Detour signs are posted.

Our Xcel Platinum team wrapped up their season this weekend at the Regional Championships, and what a journey it has been!

Regional Championships was the perfect way to celebrate all the hard work these girls have put in all year long. We are incredibly proud of this team and everything they achieved this season.

Our USAG Development Level 6 team had an incredible weekend at the NJ State Championships! These five powerhouses walked into the meet with determination and left with 2nd Place Team overall AND a state title for every single gymnast on the roster.

💓Girls- your heart, grit, and hard work made this happen! We are so incredibly proud of you and so grateful to and Atlantic Christian School for hosting this year’s event.

Our Xcel Diamond team had an incredible weekend at the NJ State Championship Meet, setting a new standard across the state:

🏆 1st Place Team at NJ State Championships
🔥 114.975 Team Score — NEW NJ State Record

And it didn’t stop there…

✨ Every competing gymnast qualified for Regionals!
✨ Every gymnast medaled on at least one event!
