Becoming a Birth Doula in 2025, has been one of the greatest honors of my life. 🫶Words will never fully describe all that I have witnessed: the excitement, the strength, the struggle, the fear, the pain, the willingness, the love and the courage that occurs during labor and delivery. Each client and family member involved growing stronger and stronger together, laughing and loving at every moment possible.🥰 I’d like to say that while birth can never be perfectly planned, no matter how hard we try to control and influence it… ALL BIRTHS are completely PERFECT as they are. 🤍 Each birth tells a story. And every story detailing most incredible transformation in a woman’s life. Her transformation into motherhood. I’ve held many hands, shaken many hips, and reminded each and every momma to be of the warrior she has within. I recently received this testimony from Courtney, one among the most powerful and remarkable mommas I’ve had the privilege to work with. Her labor and birth was one of the most intimate and life shifting experiences I’ve ever been a part of. She is an inspiration and a QUEEN.🤍 THANK YOU COURTNEY! 2025 was everything I envisioned to manifest and MORE!🙏In the 5th year of business, I successfully launched into a new call of service and became a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Prenatal Yoga and Fitness Instructor, Certified Educator of Infant Massage, a Lamaze trained Child Birth Educator, and added Prenatal Massage to my existing Bodywork offerings. While also catering and co-hosting yoga retreats, bc… YOLO!!✨🙌✨ I’ve connected with so many wonderfully supportive and inspiring beings that remind me of how much GOOD there is in the world. And I am honored to walk along side them. Thank you for being here and for being a part of my journey! A true testament for believing in the consistency of hard work, discipline and dedication, love for what you do and intentional living. Excited to see what incredible experiences year 6 has to offer.🤍

Another wonderful retreat with my Honor Yoga Kula in the Catskills🤍. This year, like all other years, was filled with magic, laughter, smiles, yumminess and inspirating memories. Upon arriving to Orenda this year, I had made the decision to make this year my 4th and final one here.🙏Honored to have been the resident massage therapist since 2022. Feeling blessed to have share those moments with so many during my time there. But as all seasons in life, there is time for change, a shift, and a need to create space for new opportunities that awaits…🤍✨✨✨✨✨ I am filled with gratitude, love and appreciation.
