What a great Sunday with some amazing energy! First we had our beginner woman’s Modern Krav Maga class! The girls crushed it! 🔥

Then we learned how to use our clothing for controls and to set up takedowns, strikes, chokes, and wrestling. We also covered how to defend being grabbed by your shirt! Great work everyone! 🥊🔥

And after all the hard work nothing like a little community bonding at our local bar and grill!

Knife attack work last night in class. We used the principles and concepts that we train every class and just added the variable of a knife.

What an amazing weekend with these incredible people! I am grateful for being able to suffer through the tough demanding fun weekend with this crew! 🔥🥊 Special thanks to all of the coaches for putting together such great drills to help build our skills! Ryan, Amber, Riley, Daniel, Adolfo and Matt pushed us but taught us to makes us better! Sincerely grateful for you all! Looking forward for more to come! 🙏
