We're considering adding a new group exercise class to the Fitness Center, and we'd love your input!

Would you be more interested in:

Stop by the Fitness Center and fill out a survey slip to let us know:

• Which class you'd prefer
• What days and times would work best for you

Survey slips are available in the Fitness Center and can be returned to any Fitness Center staff member or left at the front desk.

The Fitness Center will be open 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Labor Day (Monday, September 7).

Please help us spread the word to any friends or family members who use the Fitness Center. We have signs posted throughout the facility, but as we've learned over the years, it's easy to miss an announcement now and then! 😄

🎨✨ A beautiful piece of High Point—and a beautiful way to give back!

We are incredibly grateful to Gary Simon for sharing his talent with us at our Bundles & Bubbles event, where he thoughtfully painted this Downtown High Point Cityscape. The original piece was raffled to benefit the Bundle of Joy program at High Point Medical Center, and we’re excited to congratulate our lucky winner, Kay Miller! 🎉💚

Thank you, Gary, for generously donating your time and talent to support moms and babies in our community, and congratulations, Kay, on winning this one-of-a-kind piece! 🥂🖼️
