Members are recognized based on the number of days they attend each month:

🥇 Gold (16+ Days)
Top Tier Performance
Recognizing members who set the standard through exceptional consistency and dedication.

🥈 Silver (14–15 Days)
Strong Performance
Celebrating those who continue to push forward and maintain strong attendance habits.

🥉 Bronze (12–13 Days)
Solid Achievement
Highlighting members who have built a strong foundation of consistency.

Attendance is based on days present
✅ Only ONE visit per day counts toward totals
Attendance resets at the start of each month
No sign‑up required — all members are automatically included

🚨 New Program Coming to the Fitness Center! 🚨

We’re excited to introduce our Metabolic Recomposition Presentation — designed to help share some information to you to help you transform your body and optimize your health in a sustainable, science-backed way.
You’ll also get an inside look at a new, more guided program we’re launching, including how it will be structured, what kind of support you can expect, and how you might be able to be a part of it moving forward.

🎉 New Attendance Recognition Program

We’re excited to introduce a new way to celebrate consistency in the fitness center! Join the Consistency Club each month by hitting your attendance goals!

✅ How it works:
• Attendance is based on days present
• Only one visit per day counts toward monthly totals
• No sign‑up required — all members are included

🏅 Monthly Tiers:

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Fitness Center Hours 🇺🇸

The Fitness Center will have adjusted hours on Memorial Day:

🇺🇸 The Murph Workout | Memorial Day Community Challenge 🇺🇸

Each year around Memorial Day, people across the country complete Murph to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country.
Murph is about remembrance, community, and showing up — not about speed, competition, or doing everything perfectly.

🏋️‍♂️ The Full Murph Workout:
• 1 mile run
• 100 pull‑ups
• 200 push‑ups
• 300 air squats
• 1 mile run

🎽 A weighted vest is traditionally used, but it is optional and NOT required.
You can break the reps up any way you’d like.

✅ Modifications & Scaling Are STRONGLY Encouraged
Murph can (and should!) be adjusted as needed:
• Half Murph – cut all reps and distance in half
• Quarter Murph – a great intro option
• Partner Murph – split the work with someone else
• Modify movements or cardio as needed

💡 Not sure how to scale? Ask one of our Exercise Physiologists (EPs) — we’re happy to help find what works best for you.

💙 Important Reminders:
✔ All fitness levels are welcome
✔ Go at your own pace
✔ Scaling is smart training, not a shortcut
✔ Showing up is what counts

If you’re unable to complete Murph on Memorial Day itself (Monday, May 25th) feel free to do it on the closest day possible — it’s the thought and remembrance that matter most.
