Nobody really talks about the mental exhaustion that comes with struggling with food and weight.
Not just the cravings…
But the constant thinking.
“What should I eat?”
“Did I mess up?”
“Can I have carbs?”
“I’ll start over Monday.”
For a lot of people, food takes up space in their mind all day long.
And after years of restrictive dieting and all-or-nothing thinking, that mental load becomes exhausting.
If you relate to this, you are NOT the only one.
And you are definitely not broken.
The goal isn’t food obsession with “better” foods.
The goal is peace, balance, and a way of eating you can actually sustain.
