The MJ Fit Training & Performance Off-Season Training Program is designed to help athletes build strength, improve speed, increase agility, and elevate overall athletic performance before the season begins. This program focuses on developing explosive movement, injury resilience, conditioning, mobility, and mental toughness so athletes can compete with confidence when it matters most.

Athletes will train in a high-energy environment that emphasizes proper movement mechanics, sport-specific development, discipline, and consistency. Each session is built to improve performance while preparing athletes physically and mentally for the demands of competition.
