A couple of changes have been made to this week's line-up:

🚲Friday morning SPIN is canceled

Looking for a workout that keeps things moving and makes the time fly by? Our new Intervals class combines bursts of effort with recovery periods for a fun, effective workout that can be modified for all fitness levels.

🌊 NEW! DEEP WATER — Mondays at 6:00 PM
Dive into a challenging, low-impact workout that builds cardiovascular endurance, strength, and core stability, all without stressing your joints. No swimming skills required, just a willingness to make a splash!

🧘 **Yoga Has a New Time — Wednesdays 5:45pm**
Same great stretch, strength, and stress relief... just at a new time! Join us on the mat for your midweek reset.

June Schedule Highlights:

🌊Deep Water AquaFit returns! Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6pm, weather permitting. Join the AquaFit private FB group for notifications.
🏋️Intervals-remember calisthenics? Bodyweight exercises! All done using timed intervals to also get that heart rate up to burn that butter! Mondays at 5:45pm
🧘Yoga-same stretchy flow but at a new time! Wednesdays at 5:45pm
🏋️Strength-It's back! Saturdays at 8:30am. In your most asked for format using the beat of the music, mini barbells, and other equipment to achieve the PUMP that you love yet hate. Or is it hate but love?
