The class is free to attend and if you’d like to support a beautiful organization, 100% of donations benefit Extra Special People (ESP) 🩵 a nonprofit that has created places of belonging for families of people with disabilities for 40 years. They serve over 1,400 individuals with locations in Georgia and as of recently, High Point, NC!

Meet Meghan — yoga teacher, Mat Pilates instructor, HIIT enthusiast, and the person who will make you work hard AND laugh doing it. 😄

Movement has always been her thing — from team sports in grade school to cycling and weightlifting, she’s never stopped finding ways to stay grounded through intentional movement.
Nearly 15 years into her yoga journey and a 200hr certification later, she brings all of that to every class: intelligent sequencing, playful postures, inversions, modifications, and moments of real intensity.

We can’t wait for you to meet her on the mat. 🧘‍♀️
