Your Sunday morning routine just got an upgrade. ✨

Meet Meghan — yoga teacher, Mat Pilates instructor, HIIT enthusiast, and the person who will make you work hard AND laugh doing it. 😄

Movement has always been her thing — from team sports in grade school to cycling and weightlifting, she’s never stopped finding ways to stay grounded through intentional movement.
Nearly 15 years into her yoga journey and a 200hr certification later, she brings all of that to every class: intelligent sequencing, playful postures, inversions, modifications, and moments of real intensity.

We can’t wait for you to meet her on the mat. 🧘‍♀️

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms (and mom figures) out there!

If you've been sitting a lot, dealing with lower back pain, or feeling like your glutes just aren't firing the way they used to, this one's for you. "Mom butt" (aka underactive glutes) happens when your glutes essentially turn off from prolonged sitting, pregnancy, postpartum changes, or repetitive movement patterns.

The result is weak glutes, tight hip flexors, and lower back pain because other muscles are compensating. These three exercises help wake up those glutes and retrain them to do their job 🍑

The moves:
✨ Elevated Side Step + Squat (10-12 reps each side)
✨ Elevated Step-Back Lunges (8-10 reps each side)
✨ Banded Kickbacks + Side Lifts (8-10 reps each side)

Save this for your next workout or share it with a mom who needs it!
