Join us this September at the Spa Athletic Club Hickory for our first indoor Mommy & Me session (Dads are welcome, too!) This session will run for 3 consecutive weeks for a total of 9 classes.

Learn to build a solid swimming foundation from the start! We will work on water acclimation, water safety, breath control & awareness, movement, handling & supervision all while teaching your little one water basics.

This class is available to children ages 6 months to 4 years old and the accompanying adult must be 18+ If both parents would like to participate there will be an additional fee. With all the chatter around Dalton and Sako I figured it's time to shoot my shot and who better to teach baby Joseph how to swim in that pink pond than me? Blue pond, black pond, purple pond, pink pond....whatever color the pond is I want to teach Joseph how to pull a gainer off the zipline. Being that I'm from WV it seems like I'm the obvious choice for the job! What do you say? Sako and Dalton
