▪ A ten-week program designed to help semi-experienced runners prepare for an upcoming 10k!
▪ Starts September 8th with an info meeting at Fleet Feet Hickory. The first run will be on the 15th, also at Fleet Feet Hickory.
▪ This group will be training to run the Hickory Foundation YMCA Turkey Trot 10k on November 21st.
