What can I say about our second annual king and queen of Kata Event?! 👑

So incredibly impressed with everyone’s effort and presentation for the contest.

Grateful for everyone who came out to support their favorite martial artist, and help judge, or film, or bring treats for the competitors.

It made for a very special day for everyone and I am thankful for you all!

⏰The time is going to pass! Make sure you invest it wisely. I have never regretted a dime I spent on martial arts training with my boys, or the time, and effort to get them to class, seminars, tournaments, open mats.

What a privilege to graduate two more people from our 8 week self defense course, and into our jiu jitsu program! This dynamic duo have been so diligent in their training, and their love for jiu jitsu is inspiring. Bonus, one of our previous graduates, and soon to be blue belt was their to assist with their final test! So much I could say about this picture from testing. Every person here is coaching on some level at the Academy, and being coached and mentored by the other people in the picture. Martial Arts provides such an amazing opportunity to build leaders, community, and success, when it’s done right.

Thankful for these young leaders and all the amazing coaches, mentors, students, and family that walk through the door each and every week!
