Where we started to our last day 🥹. We met so many people that eventually became our gym fam. Even when the class was just one person or to having a full class we got work done 💪🏽. One of the hardest things I’ve had too do. I thank God for giving me the opportunity.

I’m thankful for our gym and THANK YOU to all our gym members that are still with us, you just don’t know how much that means to me . Hope everyone has a great weekend. Great job 5:15AM class, it’s not easy getting up early to come workout but it’s a great way to start the day. Today ASSUALT/ECHO BIKE WITH WALLBALLS not an easy workout. Class schedule Monday thru Friday 5:15am 8:15am 12:00pm 5:30pm and 6:30pm (Friday no 6:30 classes) & Saturdays 5:15am and 8:15am. Come try it out for free for a week!!
