Wellness class looked a little different today! Bethany rolled in with style thanks to Mr. Johnny, who fixed her up a scooter after her surgery. We love seeing everyone support each other! ❤️

Quick announcement about classes TODAY-FRIDAY 3/11-3/13!

Mobility class will still be happening TODAY from 5:30-6PM. We will have a guest instructor while I am out of commission.

Tomorrow we will still be having our seated class at Pine Lodge Assisted Living !

Women’s Classes on FRIDAY at 10AM and 6PM will still be on! Please make sure to sign up on Glofox ahead of time to secure your spot 💪

It’s time for us to unite as one here in Henderson🤝

We know this community is filled with TONS of individuals wanting to advance their abilities in the gym. We stand on having the BEST Powerlifting facility here in Henderson.

It’s time we bring individuals of all levels together - to build each other up in the Powerlifting Community. RIPL-Raw Iron Powerlifting League is holding two meets towards the end of 2026.

August 1st-2nd, 2026 - Lifting the Stigma
📍Mt Pleasant, Tx
December 5th, 2026 - Battle of the Irons
📍Pittsburgh, Tx

5 months and 9 months out from two outstanding meets. Within the upcoming months we plan on developing a team of lifters to come together to train under Coach Bethany Williams.
