Henderson High School Cross Country

The 2024-2025 XC banquet comes to an end this evening with a nice meal and a recollection of stories and memories to remember. This season’s accolades had an All- State Academic award for a student athlete, 20 All- District Academic awards, 2 regional qualifiers, and many PRs through out the season.
In my opinion, all of these recognitions have value but I stick with the more permanent principles from our program that shape kids lives forever.
Thank you parents once again for all the constant support.

Congrats to the Middle school cross country team members for their awesome performance today at Lear Park.
Both boys and girls teams got a great 3rd place team placement

This race concludes the middle school season.
First and foremost the coaching staff is super proud of all the athlete’s personal records, the tremendous athletic growth and of course all the improvement in their mental toughness.
Second, we would like to thank the parents as well for all their commitment and support the entire season.

Mark your calendars for the MS District meet on October 8, at Lear Park! Jr. High Girl's race start at 4 PM followed by Boys at 4:30 PM.

Then join us for the High School District meet on October 9, featuring events for Varsity Girls at 9 AM, Varsity Boys at 9:30 AM, JV Girls at 10 AM, and JV Boys concluding the morning races at 10:30 AM.
