March 25th is the last day for my Glute Lab class at Pro Fitness Health Club. I teach this class every Monday & Wed at 4:30pm. It’s free for members!
I have had so much fun teaching these classes and plan to continue to teach throughout the year. To ensure we don’t get burned out on the same ol material, I will be taking a 1 month break between programs to create new “content” and workouts.

NEW 8 week glute-focused class
🗓 Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ 4:30pm
$- FREE for members. $5 for guests.
🏥 Pro Fitness Health Club

We’ll actually train glutes. On purpose.
Expect strength, burn, and a walk-to-your-car wobble.

I’m bringing back the most sought after fitness class at Pro Fitness Health Club 💪

Join us for this 6-week, outdoor program (rain or shine). PLEASE bring a yoga mat and plenty of hydration. You WILL need it.

$99 for members at Pro Fitness
$125 for non members.
CASH only to be paid to the office manager.

If you can’t commit to the entire program I will accept drop-ins (if we have a spot available) for $10/$12 a class.
