Recreation and Wellness Services at Cal State East Bay provides ample opportunities for students, staff, and affiliates to participate in a wide range of recreational activities. The two-story fitness center features a large selection of both free weights and cardiovascular machines. The building hosts two basketball/volleyball courts and an indoor track. Men's and Women's locker rooms feature dai

ly use lockers and showers. Bath towels may be checked out at the Equipment Rental Counter. Members of the RAW can take advantage of a plethora of group fitness classes. Classes include Spinning, Yoga, Zumba, Boot Camp, TRX, Body Sculpt, and more! Activate your membership online at our RAW portal or download our member app today!
