1. What do you do for fun when you aren’t at the gym?
“When I’m not at the gym, I’m usually with my fiancé and our pets, in full wedding planning mode, or making a Starbucks run. I’m also a preschool speech therapist, which keeps me busy in the best way!”

2.What keeps you coming back to black rose?
“ What keeps me coming back is the incredible energy and supportive community. The instructors make every class motivating and enjoyable. It’s also been the perfect way for me to stay consistent (especially while getting ready for my wedding!).”

3.What would you tell someone who might want to try black rose for the first time?
“Just go for it! Everyone starts somewhere and the environment is so welcoming and supportive. You don’t have to be perfect, just show up, have fun, and enjoy the ride!”

Laurens smiling face ALWAYS shows up and works so hard! Having her in class is a delight she lights up the room. We are so grateful black rose brought us you and your dedication!

Happy May!!!! for mother’s day we wanted to do something special for all the hardworking moms out there! This month we will be running a special from May 3-10!! When you sign yourself up for class go back in and book your mom a bike too and she will get the class for free!! You need to book yourself separately and then go back in and book your mom and type in the code MOM2026 and she will get a spot in the class for free along with your payed spot!! April Rider of the Month… JESS SCHOENBERGER🌸💛

Truly one of the hardest working women we know! Thank you for all your dedication to the gym 🫶🏼 your smile lights up our room!!!

What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t at the gym?

Anything outdoors or adventurous- traveling, exploring new places, kayaking, hiking, and gardening. I love discovering a new coffee shop or booking the next trip.

What keeps you coming back to Black Rose?

It’s such a fun, welcoming place. I’ve reconnected with old friends, made new ones, and feel completely comfortable while still being challenged to get in a good workout. It’s a great time and my go-to stress release!

What would you tell someone who might want to try Black Rose for the first time?

Go for it, and give it a couple tries. Ask all the questions, don’t overthink it, and remember everyone is doing their own ride. No two riders are the same. Give yourself grace, and just have fun!
