Sometimes the best memories start with a really dumb idea.

The Beer Mile was definitely one of those ideas, but that’s what makes it so much fun. It’s not about the time on the clock—it’s about getting together with the Strength United crew, sharing some laughs, cheering each other on, and making memories.

Pace the cleans, stay smooth on the wall walks, and don’t get caught sprinting the first two rounds. The last few rounds will get you.
