Summer is about to get HOT. ☀️
While some athletes are getting faster, stronger, and more explosive this summer…
Others are taking 8-12 weeks completely off.
And when fall sports roll around, the gap is obvious.
The athletes who make the biggest jump aren’t always the most talented.
They’re the ones who stay consistent when everyone else hits pause.
This summer, our athletes are attacking speed development, strength training, plyometrics, movement quality, and injury reduction so they can show up to tryouts, preseason, and next season ahead of where they left off.
Whether your goal is to make varsity, earn more playing time, prepare for high school sports, or take your game to the next level, summertime is one of the biggest opportunities for development all year.
The question is simple:
Will you show up in August wishing you had trained, or knowing you did everything possible to get better?
