We’ve got three awesome interns with us this summer:

🔥 Kenny (Gannon University)
🔥 Kennedy (SUNY Brockport)
🔥 Maddie (SUNY Brockport)

They’re here to learn, coach, and help our athletes get better every day.

In addition to his internship, Kenny will also be helping lead our upcoming wrestling program. As a former New York State tournament placer and current collegiate wrestler, he’s excited to share his experience with the next generation of wrestlers.

Make sure you say hi when you see them around the gym.

🚨 Meet Coach Kyle! 🚨

We’re excited to welcome Kyle Marsha as our new Head Performance Coach at IFS Performance.

For the past two years, Kyle has served as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at St. Thomas Aquinas College, working with athletes across multiple sports to improve strength, speed, power, and overall performance. In addition to his strength coaching experience, he has also coached track & field throws, specializing in the javelin. Most recently, Kyle helped lead the Spartans to an ECC Track & Field Championship, earning his first conference title as a coach.
