This year, F45 Hamburg and Thryve are teaming up to make the beach workout one big party!!

Join us Saturday, July 11th for our 7th annual Summer Beach Blast at .sandbar ☀️

🏖️💪🏼 Workout is at 9am, party to follow at the beach bar! First drink is included in attending!!

June 25th- August 28th (no class on July 3rd)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday’s
Class time: 10:30am- 11:20am
$325 for the whole summer

Our expert-designed program focuses on building a strong foundation of strength, coordination, speed, and agility — key skills that support success not only in sports, but in fitness and everyday life.

Whether your child is looking to stay active this summer, prepare for an upcoming sports season, or simply have fun while training in a positive environment, this program is designed to meet them where they are and help push them to the next level.

On Fridays, we’ll constantly change things up with a mix of F45 Training, Heated Pilates, and at times heading outside for agility and sprint training sessions to keep things exciting and engaging.

🚨 PROMOTION ALERT 🚨

We’re beyond excited to announce a well-deserved promotion to Studio Manager for Caitlyn! 💪

For over 5 years, Caitlyn has been a cornerstone of our F45 family. Originally from South Buffalo, she made her way to Hamburg after college and quickly became an integral part of our community. Her energy, dedication, and positivity have made a lasting impact on everyone who walks through our doors.

Caitlyn also brings valuable leadership experience, with 2 years of prior gym management experience during her time in Oswego.

Outside of the studio, Caitlyn works in the research department at Roswell Park, contributing to groundbreaking studies focused on developing new cancer treatments. When she’s not there or coaching, you’ll find her staying active, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and trying new foods!

Caitlyn is deeply passionate about health and wellness and loves helping others become the strongest version of themselves. As a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor—and soon to be Lagree certified—she brings incredible knowledge and enthusiasm to everything she does.

In the coming weeks, Caitlyn will officially step into her new role, supporting all facets of F45 Hamburg and Thryve. We couldn’t be prouder to promote from within our amazing fit family, and we’re confident she’ll help take our community to the next level.

NEW TRAINER SPOTLIGHT‼️

Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest trainer, Paiden Wittmeyer! Paiden is from Stockton, NY, where she lives on Bear Lake.

Fitness has always been a huge part of her life—she ran track & field throughout high school and went on to swim in college, earning 5x All-American honors.
Growing up on the lake, Paiden has always loved staying active, whether it’s water skiing, swimming, long summer walks, or getting competitive in pickleball.

She is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and is passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and capable.

Outside of the studio, Paiden is also a real estate agent with Howard Hanna Holt, where she enjoys helping people find not just a house, but a place that fits their lifestyle—just like fitness should.

You’ll usually find her chasing sunshine, loving anything beach or summer-related, and bringing that same energy into every workout ☀️🔥

We’re thrilled she has joined our team, welcome Paiden!
