Our future pickleball court and outside workout area saw its first action this morning!

When it’s 100% complete, we are looking forward to more outside F45 stations, pickleball games and leagues!

Ready to take on HYROX Toronto, Boston, or Tampa? We’ve got your training covered.

Beginning Wednesday, August 5th, we’re kicking off a 12-week HYROX Training Program running through October 21st.

💥 Every Wednesday
All in-studio classes will be dedicated HYROX training sessions designed to build the strength, endurance, and conditioning you need to perform on race day.

But HYROX isn’t just about strength—you have to run.

That’s why we’re adding outdoor run training!

🏃 Outdoor Track & Field Training

These sessions will rotate between the track and field and focus on improving your running while preparing you for race-day demands.

6 years, 4 months, and 5 days of memories.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through these doors. We’ve worked out together, I’ve visited some of your homes, shared a few happy hours, and celebrated exciting family news—especially the growth of your families and kids.

This place has created friendships and a community that I’ll be forever grateful for.

We’ve grown together, and now it’s time for a new chapter and even more growth. While I’m excited for what’s ahead, I’m incredibly thankful for everything that brought us here.

Thank you for all the support, memories, and friendships. Let’s keep growing together.

SURPRISE! Soft Opening Classes Start This Wednesday! 🎉

Soft opening classes will begin this Wednesday and are now live in Mindbody.

These classes are exclusively for Thryve members and offer an early opportunity to check out the new studio before anyone else. They also give our instructors a chance to get familiar with the space, test things out, and settle in before our Grand Opening this Saturday and Sunday.

If you attend a soft opening class, please keep in mind that these are training classes for our instructors as they fine-tune their coaching and get comfortable in the new environment. We appreciate your patience and feedback during this process. You may also notice a few finishing touches still being completed around the studio.

We’re excited to share the new space with our members first and can’t wait to celebrate our Grand Opening with everyone this weekend! 🎊💪
