I have two slots open on Mondays and Wednesdays for a new client or two.

What if you woke up feeling positive about yourself? More than just fitting into clothing that makes you feel good. What would say to your future self about how your work in the gym has made an impact on your perimenopausal body? Menopausal stage?? The possibility that some medications can cease just by exercising?

My FREE seminar at the Hamburg library is going to be packed with great information about strength training, nutrition, and how all that goody stuff can affect your hormones throughout life.
