FTC Team 17975 Botmasterz We are Botmasterz, an all-girl FIRST robotics competition team out of Pierce Middle School in Grosse Pointe Park, MI.

The Botmasterz is an all-girls’ First Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics team that is passionate about expanding a future of equal opportunity and pay in the workforce. We are passionate about closing the gender gap in the engineering field. We believe it is critical to remove gender-based barriers that keep students from pursuing their dreams and reaching their potential. We believe in learning with a

n eye toward tomorrow’s economy. The FTC also helps our team develop soft skills, such as problem solving, self-directed learning, communication, collaboration and creativity.
