What kind of client am I expecting today?
A client recovering from wrist surgery after a fall onto an outstretched hand.
How do we begin? Not with Pilates right away.
We start with fascia rolling and targeted strength work to prepare the body based on where they are in their recovery journey today.
Why is this important?
Because the best results happen when we meet the body where it is—not where we want it to be. Proper preparation helps improve movement quality, confidence, and session outcomes.
