Athletic Training Center Classes consist of drills to increase hand-eye coordination, reaction time, speed, and agility. Tec Obstacle courses and circuits happen every class. Ages 3 & up!

Class once per week is comprised of drills to increase hand-eye coordination, speed, agility, reaction time & CONFIDENCE! Kids can hone their skills here OR build new skills and techniques without the pressure or judgement of team play! Individual progress is tracked for a sense of accomplishment--homework exercises are assigned for accountability. Certified instructors, guest coaches and collegiate athletes are ready to encourage you to be your best!

Class consists of a short warm-up involving mountain climbers, jumping jacks, push ups, crunches,etc. Then, Coach Jon moves them to the ladder on the floor. They learn and run through many different patterns for footwork in those little boxes. Each week he changes the format, so the kids don't get bored. He teaches the techniques of throwing,cathcing, and running properly. Every part of class is game-like, but increases muscle-memory without the kids even realizing it. They finish with some competition time. It could be running cones for speed (he tracks their improvement throughout the year) or a more organized "sport" game. Games and drills could include dodge ball (for reaction time), pickleball, wiffleball, frisbee golf, races, etc.
