New Coach Announcement!!!! Super grateful and excited to announce that Matt Surprenant is joining the coaching staff. Matt and his wife Maria-Elena have been longtime members of GSO, and have been practicing the CrossFit methodology for 10+ years. Matt will mainly be coaching our evening classes on Wednesday’s and Friday’s. “GSO Family, Maria-Elena and I are happy to be back at the gym we call home and I am thrilled to be able to join the team as one of the coaches at GSO CrossFit! We look forward to reconnecting with everyone and meeting the new faces who have joined the GSO Family. I am excited to be a part of everyone’s journey and look forward to celebrating with you as we reach our goals in and outside of the gym! “
