WOD 1 has changed. 👀
🔥 SET 1
• 15 C2B (Pull-Ups)
• 12 Strict HSPU (Push-Ups)
• 9 Snatches @ 135/95 # (95/65 #)
🔥 SET 2
• 9 BMU (Pull-Ups)
• 6 Deficit HSPU @ 4” (KHSPU)
• 3 Snatches @ 155/105 # (115/85 #)
This workout is all about strategy, communication, and ex*****on. Partner 1 attacks the 15-12-9, rests while Partner 2 completes theirs, then returns for the 9-6-3 before Partner 2 closes it out.
