Tough charter day today. Great folks and fun time. We got macks, but we weren't able to land a striper on their hook for the three-hour charter. Worst feeling in the world for a guide. I dropped them off at the dock, turned around, and went back out fishing, of course. The first spot I went to, the very first cast... hit a 33”. I thought, “Damn, they should’ve booked the 4-hour, I guess.” They’re there; sometimes it just takes a lot of moving around and patience to find them. And when you do, you definitely need to take advantage of the opportunities you get these days.

Went out for tuna the other day, the consolation prizes were not too bad!

Always a blast having folks come back season after season! Mike. (46”) Patty (37”), Rob & the boys (13 all above 30”), with a birthday boy (37”) kissing his fish, out for the first time on stripers. Hell of a 3 days, 27 in the boat, it is on fire right now! It’s why we do it, thanks folks!! Tight lines!!
