Absolute Fitness is excited to announce that we are bringing Women’s Defense Kickboxing Classes to our community beginning July 6!

📅 Mondays | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🥊 30 mintues of kickboxing
💪 30 minutes of strength training

📅 Saturdays | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
📍 Magicians Martial Arts

👨‍👩‍👧 Kids are welcome at the Saturday class! Following the women’s class, there will be a Kids Martial Arts Class from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM for ages 6 and up.

✅ Must be a member of Absolute Fitness or Magicians Martial Arts to attend
💲 Only $5 per class

We are so excited to offer yet another way to have fun, get stronger, build confidence, and learn valuable self-defense skills. We can’t wait to see everyone starting July 6! 🥊🔥
