What’s stopping you from reaching your fitness goals?
Is it making time for the gym? Or making time to meal plan?
Is it not knowing what to do? Have you tried and tried with little to no results, or at least not results that last?
Or is it something else entirely?
These are all valid obstacles.
The strategy to navigate around them isn’t the same for everyone, but the one thing that has always helps are goal setting and strategy sessions, aka Office Hours.
