We’re taking the workout outside!

On Saturday, October 3rd, we’re closing the gym and heading to DICK’S House of Sport in Freehold for a special EVO Community Workout.

Bring your friends and family, get your sweat on with our coaches and community, and start your Saturday strong. This workout is FREE and open to all fitness levels!

We’re proud to officially share that EVO Health + Performance is now a participating member of the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) Rehabilitation National Network.

This is an exciting step for EVO and another opportunity for us to continue raising the standard of care we provide our community.

For us, recovery has never been just about getting out of pain. It’s about helping you rebuild the strength and confidence to get back to the things you’ve been missing.

Whether you’re recovering from surgery or working through an injury, we take the time to understand what’s holding you back, where you want to go, and build a plan to help you get there.

Kaitlyn has done exactly that.

Watching her become stronger, more confident, and more prepared over the past few years has been one of the highlights of what we do.

Now she gets to take everything she’s worked for to Monmouth University this season.

A huge thank you to Joey Diaz for mentioning his experience with us on The Joe Rogan Experience while talking about his recovery after knee surgery.

When we opened EVO, the goal was to simply help people move better, feel better, and get back to the things that matter most to them. To hear that our work made an impact and was worth sharing on a platform like that is incredibly humbling.
