For months, we worked together to make sure that she felt strong, confident, and beautiful on one of the biggest days of her life. At the end of May, I had the honor of standing beside Jessica as a bridesmaid and watching her walk down the aisle looking amazing!

✨✨Some people inspire you without even trying.✨✨

One year ago, Jan started training with me to rehab from a prior injury and build strength. Recently, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, went through surgery, and just finished radiation. Through it all, she kept showing up. She kept training. She stayed consistent when most people would have understandably hit pause.

Not because it was easy. Not because she had to. But because she chose to keep fighting for her health, her strength, and herself.

Now she’s onto healing a different issue by undergoing vein procedures. With a few modifications to our training program, we are still moving forward!

Jan is a reminder that strength isn’t always loud or flashy. Sometimes it looks like showing up tired, doing what you can, and refusing to give up.

I’m so proud of you, Jan! Your resilience is powerful, and you inspire more people than you know. 💗
