Turn your Organization or Team into a Fundraiser!

Looking for a fundraising opportunity for your team, club, church, or organization? We invite you to partner with the Franklin Stampede Pro Rodeo, November 20th - 21st in Franklin, Tennessee, and turn your volunteer efforts into a fundraising opportunity for your organization! With an anticipated attendance of 9,000+ people, this is an excellent opportunity to raise money, gain exposure, and support your organization's goals.

How Your Organization Can Raise Money

1. Accept Donations at the Rodeo
Your organization can collect donations during the event in a variety of ways, including setting up a tent in Vendor Row, having volunteers walk throughout the venue with donation buckets, and more.

2. Sell Raffle Tickets for a Special Drawing
Your organization can sell raffle tickets for a drawing, potentially with a prize provided by the Franklin Stampede Pro Rodeo, depending on the number of volunteers your organization commits to providing. For example, we may be able to provide a $1,000 Visa gift card or two $500 gift cards as raffle prizes.
Even better, the raffle can begin several weeks before the rodeo and continue for a few weeks afterward, giving your team additional time to sell tickets and maximize its fundraising potential.

What We Ask of Your Volunteers

We will need volunteers to assist with:
• Event setup: A few days before the rodeo.
• Event support: A few hours on each day of the rodeo November 20th - 21st
• Event breakdown: Help clean up and take everything down after the event.

Flexible shifts are available! Volunteers can sign up in shifts, so the same individuals do not have to be there the entire time.
